It seems like everything has moved to Twitter.  It might have been following celebrities that made us sign up for an account, or following where our friends are eating, but it’s the conversations we follow and the people we meet that keeps us there.  As it turns out companies are utilizing twitter to boost sales by tweeting deals of the hour, day or month.
